



This is an "invitational" event with invitations sent via email in early January .
All invitations will be issued and cleared by the Tournament Committee.
The maximum number of players that can be accommodated is 99.
Entries will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis until 28 entries have been received in each of the three divisions.
The remaining 3 positions will be reserved as "sponsors exemptions" and awarded at the discretion of the Committee.
Unfilled slots in any division on April 23rd will be used to advance players from the waitlist in the other divisions.
Players will be notified of their status immediately upon receipt of the official entry form
